Please take the time to read our terms and conditions to ensure you understand exactly how we operate. Make sure you are happy with and accept our terms and conditions before submitting your ad.

Paying By Credit Card

Credit card payments are processed through our secure payment gateway, eMatters. Payments are made monthly in advance. The cost for private sellers is $17.00 per aircraft per month (inc. GST). For commercial sellers, we have a discounted rate of $15.00 (inc. GST) per aircraft per month. Your first payment is charged to your credit card on the date your ad is placed. Subsequent payments are charged on the monthly anniversary of the ad being placed. E.G If your ad is placed on the 15th.of March, your first payment is charged to your card on that date. Your next payment will be charged on the 15th of April. You will be notified by e-mail that your card has been debited for another months advertising within 2 days of it occuring. Payments will continue to be charged to your credit card on a monthly basis until you remove your ad from planesales.com.au either by logging onto the site and removing the ad or by contacting the site administrator by e-mail or phone and requesting the ad be removed.
Note: Payments are on a month to month basis in advance. If you sell your aircraft part way through the payment month, we will not credit you part month advertising costs.

What We Are Paid For

We are not aircraft commercial seller or agents. We receive no commission if an aircraft is sold. Our income is derived through the individuals and commercial sellers who pay a fee to list an aircraft on the site. We will not and do not have anything to do with the financial transactions involving an aircraft sale or purchase.

Late Payments

Ads that are not paid for within 14 days will be removed from the site at the site administrator’s discretion.

Refunds

Plane Sales are happy to give refunds in certain circumstances. If, for some reason the Plane Sales site is offline for more than 24 hours, Plane Sales will refund that months advertising costs. Note that we do not give refunds for part months advertising. We also do not give refunds if you fail to sell your aircraft.

Cooling Off Period

Plane Sales will give a 5 day cooling of period. If for some reason, you wish to withdraw your ad within 5 days of posting on the site, we will refund your advertising costs. Simply e-mail us and we will remove your ad and re-credit your credit card.

We Provide General Information Only

The material on Plane Sales provides general information only. It is not intended as advice and must not be relied upon as such. You should make your own inquiries and take independent advice specific to your circumstances prior to making any decisions, including that regarding the purchase or sale of an aircraft.

Due Diligence

Plane Sales make no representation about the items presented for sale. It is up to you, the potential purchaser, to conduct checks to ensure the product meets your expectations. Plane Sales offers no warranty for goods purchased through this site. We do not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of the description of aircrafts listed on the site – it is the purchaser’s responsibility to investigate and confirm the exact aircraft and quality of aircraft they may purchase and to reach an agreed purchase price with the seller.

Use of Information

Except for the material held in your computers cache or a single permanent copy of the material for your personal use. You must not:

A) Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish or license any material.
B) Use or attempt to use any material published on the Plane Sales site to create any web site or publication.
C) Mirror or frame any web site or page within the Plane Sales website.
D) Use any automated process of any sort to query, access or copy any Material on the Plane Sales or generate or compile any document or database based on the Material published on the Plane Sales
or
E) Transfer or sell any information, functionality or products or services offered on the Plane Sales website.

Termination of Your Ad

Plane Sales may on notice to you, and at its discretion, terminate your access to all or part of the site without the need to provide reasons. We may also terminate any advertisement that we deem to be offensive, defamatory or not within the bounds of normal public decency

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Unless stated to be otherwise, charges referred to for the use of services provided by Plane Sales are GST inclusive. Where GST applies, upon payment for online credit by an advertiser, Plane Sales will deduct the GST it incurs from each payment and Plane Sales will issue the member with a Tax Invoice.

The material provided on Plane Sales is copyright protected. You may use this material for your own personal reference only. Except for the temporary copy held in the computers cache and a single permanent copy for your personal reference, the material may not otherwise be used, copied, reproduced, published, stored in a retrieval system, altered or transmitted in any form or by any means in whole or part without the prior written approval of Plane Sales.

Trademarks

The trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos (collectively, the “Trademarks”) displayed on this Site are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of Plane Sales. Use of the Trademarks displayed on this Site, except as provided in these Terms, is strictly prohibited

1300 Numbers

Calls to our 1300 number from land lines within Australia will be charged at local call rates. Calls from mobile phones may attract a higher rate. You will be billed by your telephone service provider and should direct all questions to that provider.

Third Party Links and Advertising

Hyperlinks and pointers to websites operated by third parties will appear on Plane Sales from time to time. These websites do not form part of Plane Sales and are not under the control of Plane Sales. Plane Sales does not take any responsibility for the contents of any such hyperlink or linked website. The views and opinions offered on these sites are those of the site owners and do not represent those of Plane Sales. If you link to any such websites, you leave Plane Sales and do so entirely at your own risk

Monthly Newsletter

PlaneSales sends out a monthly electronic newsletter. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are giving planesales permission to send you this newsletter. You will automatically receive your first newsletter within 1 month. If you do not wish to receive further newsletters, simply click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the page when you receive your first edition.
