General Comments This aircraft is in excellent condition, fully maintained and serviced and in IFR category/Airwork (June 2022). This Mooney has an upgraded belly panel (Lake Aero Styling as per STC), aileron, flap and nose improvements for smoother airflow and enhanced inspection. Caught in a hailstorm at Archerfield in 2016, rather than just have the dents repaired, the aircraft was subsequently fully stripped and repainted (at extra expense). Additionally, the interior is brand new (May 2022) in light and dark grey with black carpets and light instrument panel background- aesthetically everything looks great. Mooney comes with a complete maintenance history (All Records available upon inspection – see photo). Mooney would rate among the top five (5) M20J/201's in the world as to condition, appearance, and maintenance. As the records will show, nothing has been spared to maintain this aircraft in top condition. The new engine fitted in 2017 is an IO-360-A3B6 4-cylinder Lycoming and has dual magneto drive shafts. It was bulk stripped at – 226.5 hrs due to very gentle, but nonetheless expensive, wheels-up landing in 2019. The Aircraft was fastidiously and fully repaired to manufacturer's specifications with additional minor work carried out to maintain it in A1 condition. The aircraft has a Glass Cockpit with Garmin instrumentation (GDU620 and GTN650). The airframe is structurally perfect, corrosion free and the paint looks like new (always hangered). Now the interior has been refurbished, the aircraft looks and feels great to operate. It flies like a Mooney should.
