Pilots doors fully refurbished.
Excess wiring from 50 years of operation removed. ( lowering empty weight)
Several fuel cells replaced new. Remaining re-furbished.
Fuel system fully overhauled. New booster pumps , flapper valves, pressure switches. Lower sump plates replaced. All new anchor nuts installed. Boost pump wiring replaced. All new gaskets Etc.
Lower fuel tank access covers re-manufactured and new fasteners installed.
New wing , tailplane, wing strut fibreglass fairings.
Main landing gear "D" check carried out and freshly overhauled legs fitted.
New airframe hoses installed.
