Do you want to lead maintenance in one of Australia's most forward-thinking aviation companies — spanning sustainable charter, pilot training, and next-generation aircraft development? We're seeking a CASA-licensed Head of Operations Lead Maintainer to oversee the continuing airworthiness of our growing fleet at Jandakot Airport. You'll be the hands-on technical lead responsible for inspection, repair, and compliance across our fleet (currently 9 and growing) of Continental and Lycoming powered 4, 6 and 7 seat aircraft and 2 seat Rotax powered aircraft, supporting both Part 135 charter and Part 141 training operations. This is a key-person role that will evolve into Head of Maintenance / HAAMC status as we expand toward Part 145 approval and hybrid-electric aircraft integration. What you'll bring: - CASA Part 66 LAME licence (airframe & engine) for B1.2 aircraft sub 5700kg
- Solid GA experience and understanding of Parts 42 and 135 maintenance systems.
- Experience in ongoing evolution of a Maintenance Procedures Manual
- Strong technical and organisational leadership.
