Low time (2,606 hrs in Nov 2025 ) 172 M spent most of its life in Narembeen W.A; Paint in excellent condition, windows clear, well priced considering good condition. Imported new in 1974/75. Extended Range fuel tanks from factory. stock engine: 1570 hrs left to go before TBO on condition, so not for commercial work. Engine work done in the past by Northam Air Services, Northam, W.A. Full logbooks since new inc. engine and prop. No damage recorded. I bought it in Oct 2021, it was fully repainted (just prior) in Q3 2020 to a very high standard with special metallic black with blue flakes paint, and it has been hangared since. Largely original cockpit but has a new in 2021 Garmin GTR 225 dual radio and upgraded Garmin GTX 335 transponder. Recent new brake discs and pads. Annual just completed last month by the same engineering group at Jandakot for several years now. Just had new LED landing light fitted. Flys beautifully but I have other plane now hence sale.
