Rare Canadian-built DHC-1 and the first Chipmunk in Australia. MCC was imported new from Canada in 1947 as the showroom model for De Havilland Australia. The aircraft has an RAAF service history as it was operated by ARDU and Central Flying School during evaluation trials in 1948. Meticulously restored by its current owners, the aircraft has flown 350 hours since the ground-up rebuild was completed in 2010.
