Price drop again, one unique Baron with exceptional performance in very good condition. This is the lighter B model with an IO520 engine upgrade modification in place of the original IO470s with only a couple kilos extra weight. Vortex generators, gap seals, wide chord flaps with the more powerful engines confer excellent short field, climb and single engine performance. NDH. Dual pole and dual brakes with heavy duty three puck callipers. Economical cruise burns not much more than a high performance single and around 900nm safe range. The vortex generators applied to the rudder as well as the wings make single engine ops easier and safe plus more rudder power for easy x-wind landings. Engines; Very smooth running, almost no oil burn, all new plugs. The R/H engine is the later IO-520-CB big front bearing model. ETSOs L263, R1753 (recent top O/H), both O/H 2007. McCauley props TSO L912 R286. FS450 fuel computer connected to GPS. 6 place intercom, Garmin audio and second VHF. Extensive spares package, inc. windows, seats, electrical components, heater, main gear legs, starter adapter, flap & gear motors, aux fuel pumps, '70 E55 airframe (most parts interchangeable), diesel tug & tow bar, two spare McCauley propellors, 184 and 661 HTR, and single point Beech jack; all spares and equipment for negotiation, or the spares and equipment as one lot, make offer, open to trade a lower value aircraft. 6 seats, four in dark blue suede, all in excellent condition, interior 7-8.
