For sale is this very tidy, 1976 172M SKYHAWK 160HP ENGINE UPGRADE. . Serial Number 17266424. TT 4832.6 hours. Engine TSOH 1057 Manufactured in late 1975, it's first factory test flight was December 1975. It is in fact though a 1976 model by serial number, the fact it has extra instrument positions, and the fuel/ oil guages are on the pilot side. Total time 4830 hours. The aircraft has full logbook history. Usable fuel is 142 litres. Aircraft was stripped and painted in August 2010 @ 4013 TT. 10 hours were then flown before the aircraft was exported to Australia in late 2010, Being placed on the register in March 2011. Exterior rating is 8 /10, with good gloss. Damage history; LH horizontal stabilizer main and leading edge skin and 2 ribs replaced 2012. RH wing tip fairing repair and repaint 2013. RH horizontal stabilizer tip cap replaced 2019. The aircraft had Cessna SIDS completed starting in 2016, based on the Cessna environmental category 'severe' requirements. Extra's; Rear baggage extender for (light / long) bulky objects. External power socket & jump lead. Twin LED landing / taxi lights. Fancy Pants Exhaust fairing. Wheel brake fairings. Seats 9/10, Plastics 9/10 door panels 8/10 rear side panels 8/10 carpet 6/10, kick panels 6/10, rear windows 4/10, rear side windows 6/10, door windows 7&8/10, windscreen 8/10. Seats are original, front seat bases reupholstered to virtually original appearance and are in excellent condition. The Carpet is in reasonable condition, but overall interior would be enhanced by replacement. The aircraft rear windows are 'milky' rear side windows are acceptable, door windows are good, windscreen is excellent. Kick panels are average, door trims and rear side panels are original and in very good condition. All plastic paneling is in good condition with no cracks or staining.

Interior
