Aircraft extensive refurbishment carried out 2024/25, Zero time 0-320 D3G 160Hp engine fitted, All new Firewall forward hoses fitted, Engine mount removed, stripped and NDT C/Out with nil defects and repainted in 2K paint. New engine isolator mounts fitted, Baffles all repaired and re-fitted, New spark plugs fitted, Engine cowls refurbished as required with new latches fitted, Aircraft fully paint stripped, Corrosin treated and whole plane corlar etched & primed. Wings and tailplane all re-finished in Axalta 2k aircraft white, A/C booked in for fuselagetopcoat, { or get your own scheme }. All new aircraft control cables fitted, All U/C oleo struts stripped and re-finished after full seal replacements C/out. New lower links fitted with new shims and hardware, Both brake calipers O/H and all new brake pads fitted, 3 x landing gear spats re-furbished and painted, All new Fuselage/Wing fuel & Brake lines fitted, All new fuel tank retaining screws fitted, Wing outboard L/Edges renewed, L & R I/B lower wing skins replaced, Rear fuselage bulkhead replaced with new item, All steel wing attach fittings Fwd & Rear removed, corrosion treated,primed and re-fitted IAW CASA AD/PA28/28-2, Wing attach Carry through and spars NDT tested IAW FAA AD2020-26-16 with nil defects noted and wings re-fitted with all new hardware, New Fuel Selector valve fitted, Interior has various new plastics and venting systems, , Interior has had major tidy-up presenting very well, Windscreens replaced only 80 hrs ago, new exhaust mufflers fitted @ 7100 hrs, LED Landing light, New battery, Full and comprehensice refurbish C/out in conjunction with periodic inspection and new MR issued.
