A very low hour aircraft. Just returned from annual, with little work required. Retractable undercarriage. T-Tail (don't be put off by T-Tail, I've never had an issue, just make sure you have 20-30kg in rear luggage if you're by yourself and it gets off the ground easy) Bulk Strip in Feb 2017 after prop strike (see photo), only done 260 hours since. New Prop, cam shaft and exhaust waste gate as part of bulk strip. Turbo Mainly flown out of Lilydale and my farm strips (no stone damage). Lilydale is a grass airstrip with the short one being 850m long. Most of the year this is the only strip available and it does it easy. One of my strips is a 780m sand/gravel with power lines 20 metres from the end and my other is a dirt strip 660m, no problems with either. Currently in Swan Hill where annual has been done by LAME, will be moved to Bairnsdale asap when I can arrange to pick it up. I'm happy to take it closer to Melbourne for any inspection. |
