Price reduction due to the aircraft requiring the following: Harzell Constant Speed prop is calendar expired and requires overhaul. However, the Prop is in good condition with only 400 hours since last overhaul. Aircraft has been thoroughly prepared for an annual inspection, with a long list of new items, such as tires, tubes, wheel bearings, battery , magneto overhaul, 100.5 and the like, but the inspection has not been signed out as a discrepancy was found with the Special Certificate of Registration. This discrepancy is a paperwork issue with a clear path to resolution.
