Professionally operated and managed syndicate from Albury, this aircraft is 80% of its way through a progressive restoration project with just remaining paint from firewall back and avionics left to be completed. The aircraft has secure hangarage at Albury and is maintained to commercial standards by Nelson Aircraft Maintenance in Corowa. All SIDS are up to date and is currently in Day VFR air-transport category. All maintenance is track via Aerotrack with runout sheet avialable on request. The firewall forward has been completely overhauled with an STC upgrade to Lycoming O-320-E2D with over 1300 hrs to run. This aircraft is a joy to fly with a planned TAS of 110 kts @ 30 lts per hour. Fixed annual costs include 20 hours per year (wet), insurance, hangarage, scheduled maintenance, engine and prop reserve, airframe upgrade allowance, annual landing permit (Albury).
