I have owned this aircraft for nine years since June 2009 and during that time it has been maintained under the IFR category and standard by Tony and Peter Brandt at Horsham Aviation Services YHSM.

A pre-delivery condition report from that organisation will be included in the purchase price.
It has only been flown under the IFR and some local training by two pilots and in past 5 years by myself only.
All Airworthiness directives have been carried out including replacement of all flight cables from US manufacturer MacFarlane. All hoses replaced with silicon no further AD.
ADSB upgrade with Garmin Txponder completed under the IFR mandate.
Radios are Garmin GNC-300 GPS/Com, and NARCO 12D TSO Nav/Com.
Narco NAV VOR/L CDI and Garmin GNC-300 TSO GPS with CDI with status annunciator.
Narco ADF841 TSO.

Note no glideslope or markers.

Night VFR and IFR instrument lighting.

Sigtronix intercom to dual headset sockets.

Under the IFR this aircraft when required carries an alternate with a radio aid.
I have flown it for all my IFR renewals and passed.
It is a hands on aircraft and does not posses an auto-pilot its the mosy honest IFR flying you will do for around $100 per hour.

187 litres useable AVGAS gives a range with 45 minutes reserve and 15% holding of 5 hours at 115 knots.
Engine is over half life to run and although on condition it is due to time since built not engine hours, over 1200 to run, which is no different to any other Lycoming under old rules of 2000-2200 bo just private category no charter.
This engine was built by Bendigo engines, I bought 12 litres of oil 6 years ago and used very few of them inflight between changes.
HAS does the oil changes at annual and each six months, no metal observed in any filter change comps near maximum.
Full sevice history available all receipts dating back to IFR upgrade ten years ago and log books.

A Spare serviceable Narco 12D with new nixi display and spare NDB841 TSO available for sale, no reason to ever be grounded due to radio issues.

Current MR expires on first of Dec 2018 including current radio periodic and instrument and txponder cal.
Prop has good hours to run and is a Sensenich cruiser prop 115 ktas at 2550 rpm.

This is a hands on basic trainer but no slouch in speed and climb.

Insurance based on experience about $1500 with 1 million liability at $50 k Hull.

LAME periodic mine have run out about $1500 pa average over eight years.

Radio periodic and six mo oil change $250


Cost purchased in 2009 for $50,000 with 550 hours flown is $200/ per hour.

No provision for engine includes all IFR recency and renewal costs

If sold $45 to $50 cost was $100 per hour IFR.

VFR costs would be less.
